WONDER!! WONDER!! WONDER!!

      We were WONDERING

about our

             GARDEN?

WHAT HAS HAPPENED?

                THE FLOWERS ARE STILL THERE

                BUT

EVERYTHING IS LOOKING LIKE IT IS DYING.

What do we think about clearing it all out and

starting again?

        What do you think??

What could we plant next?

     We cut the flowers first.

Then we started to pull out the plants that were dying.

We pulled and PULLED and PULLED!!

"It's a 2 man job", said Valentine.

"Maybe even a 3 man job", said  Haloti.

       We TUGGED and TUGGED.

     And PULLED and PULLED!!

The ROOTS are STUCK!

We have to shake the soil off!

 LOOK WHAT WE HAVE NOW!!!

NOW WHAT??
WE NEED TO THINK WHAT NEXT!!

MORE WONDERING!!

MORE THINKING!!

  2. Now the flower seeds are drying, hanging up in our classroom, so that we can plant more Cosmos and Everlasting Flowers next Spring! Can't believe how hard you children worked!

  3. Hi Room 1,
I really liked that you guys saw a problem and decided to fix it. I liked how you all worked together as a team and managed to discard all the dead plants and prepare the soil for the next ones.

    Good Job!

  5. Hi Room 1,
You guys have done a great job to plant these flowers, I think you guys should plant a sunflower so it looks massive and beautiful. Next time you should cut it by the root and put it in a vase. Keep up the great work though.
